Dual-plinth design
When you look at the MMF-3.3SE, you'll notice there are two layers to the beautiful walnut base. That's dual-plinth technology, intended to isolate the turntable's motor from the main bearing and tonearm. The motor is installed in the heavier bottom layer, while the top layer lets the tonearm assembly "float" above, where vibrations from the motor can't reach it. This is the first time Music Hall has offered this design feature at this price point.
