About Me:
Hello! I’m a spiritual teacher and conscious business owner working from home in Ramona. I have ADHD and a learning disability, and I’m seeking a grounded, proactive assistant who can handle domestic/personal tasks so I can focus on my work.
Hours: ~8–10 hours/week across 2–3 days (about 3 hours per visit).
Location: On-site in Ramona (local candidates only).
You Are:
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented (color-coding your closet is a bonus!)
* Proactive—you notice what needs doing and do it without micromanagement
* Reliable, professional, and discreet; high integrity and follow-through
* A clear communicator (in person and by phone/text)
* Comfortable with cats and a calm home environment
*Able to work efficiently and finish tasks thoroughly
Responsibilities:
* Running local errands
* Filing papers; keeping house tidy; laundry
* Caring for the cats (including litter)
* Watering garden/plants
* Taking in mail/packages; making online returns
* Planning and cleaning up after small home gatherings
* Possible light food prep (optional/occasional)
* Overseeing household repairs and meeting with handymen as needed
* Creating simple organizational systems for the house
* Other related tasks as they arise
Must-Haves:
- Live in Ramona (reliable transportation; valid driver’s license & insurance)
- Comfortable around cats
- Able to provide two recent references
- Willing to complete a background check
- Comfortable signing a simple confidentiality/NDA

Rate: Based on experience
