When I bought this truck, I wanted a 4 wheel drive F150 that I could always put a new engine in it if ever needed, as I thought I would drive it to Michigan and use it for the winters as a 4 wheel drive truck.
I drove all the way to Huntington Beach from San Diego to buy it, it was nice. I never did move to Michigan, I’m still in San Diego years later. My son took over the payments and pay for it, even thou it’s still in my name. He used the truck to start a small business, but stopped that and went back to a full time job. He quit driving the truck, and he took over payments on my Kia Soul car, so the truck sat in the driveway for over 7 months, and the registration expired on it. About 3 weeks ago, he asked if he could take over my 2022 Chevy Colorado payments, so I went to the Chevy dealer in Santee and bought me a brand new Silverado, but I live in a Mobile home park in Lakeside, so I told my son to call Carmax or something to sell the truck, but he has been busy working too much. I gave him the money and rented a storage spot in Lakeside about 1 mile from our place, and he jump started the truck and drove it to the rental spot, and I put my new pickup truck in the spot in my driveway.
This is a good truck, but he did let it go down hill a bit, the leather inside could use a good cleaning, and the outside also, I asked him what is wrong with the truck, and she said just that he never paid the $497 and went and got that taken care of.
I’m asking $3,800 or best offer. I’m not going to be showing the truck, as I want my son to do that, it was his really, it has 160,000 miles on it roughly, it has a clear title in hand, never no accidents, the hard part might be setting up with my son to show it, so any reasonable offer will be considered, they are charging me $150 a month to store it, It’s been 2 weeks, and I’m just remembering now to put it up for sale.
