My background includes social science training and certified peer support, with experience working inside businesses and organizations as both an employee and a client. This has trained me to see how human systems actually function — where communication breaks down, how power operates, and how people get stuck or unstuck.
Clients pay me for structured, reflective mentorship.
This work is primarily written, visual, audio and analytical, with casual, conversational verbal check-ins when useful. Verbal performance or pressure-based speaking is not the focus.
I also support clients in thinking through and experimenting with AI tools for work, clarity, and creative or business use, as part of broader systems and communication work.
