Quiet and peaceful. Looking to rent it out monthly to bring in a little monthly income. If your interested hit me up. Looking for non smoking non party animal types. Would prefer no more that two people on the property. No animals allowed unless it tiny. I can provide water and electricity. Would have to figure out a way to dump your own sewage water. Could possibly use my clean out to the sewer to do this when needed.
