The back of the watch reads " Swiss Diamond Tooled - Unbreakable Mainspring - Electronically Timed - Base Metal"
Wound it and the minute hand and second hand keeps accurate time. Says "Timely" and "copyright 1972" on the face.
A classic collectable on a leather band in good condition. A great deal at $20.00.
