3-staple binding. No obvious reprint markings found. This may be an original or later reprint/reproduction of the iconic June 1971 first issue of Easyriders Magazine.
Excellent display copy with strong colors, clean spine, and very nice overall condition.
Sold as a collectible biker/chopper memorabilia item.
