Monthly rent ranges from $1,125-$1,395 per month for unfurnished tiny homes with water/trash/sewer included in monthly rent!
Our tiny homes feature full bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower as well as full kitchens/kitchenettes (depends on unit) and a living area with 1 bedroom and lofts.
We are a dark sky community with a historic general store on site, Lucky Lou's Saloon that has billiard tables and 62 acres of land to explore. Each tiny has a space for your vehicle and we have ample additional parking for guests. Our community observes quiet hours daily between 11pm-8am daily.
