Looking for a part time (6-8 hours per week) bookkeeping clerk to assist the Accounting Manager. Minimum education - high school diploma or GED and QuickBooks certificate required. Minimum experience - 1 year related experience. Preferred experience - 2 years QuickBooks and Excel. Bookkeeping certificate and non-profit experience a plus. Must be detail oriented, organized and reliable. Must have effective communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
