I'm forming a real estate development team in the San Diego area. I'm looking for an experienced General Contractor to be a member of our team to build SFR, 1-4 units and 5+ units apartment buildings. I'm looking for a GC that is able to save money on construction cost, build around $1.75/sf or less.
