Super great neighbors, hardwood floors, big main bedroom, little front patio area, nice-sized kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 6. Main room has queen bed, and 2nd bedroom has full bed. Both beds have comfy therapeutic mattress toppers. (There are also 2 couches.)

Pet friendly:) ROKU provided in both bedrooms and living rom.
Amazing restaurants within half-a-block (including raw/vegan & SAN DIEGO'S NEWEST & BEST ITALIAN @ Cesarina, Pop Pies (homemade pot pies;), awesome Mexican, coffee/bakery & homemade ice cream:), local billiard/pub, grocery, yoga studio, 711 all within a few minutes walk!
Price is much, much, MUCH LOWER than comparable local spaces, because this is our home (it feels "lived in";) & the house is an older house (which I think adds character!;)
