Enjoy the direct view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom and the upper balcony from this luxurious updated condominium on the 'Sunny Side of the Court'. Relax and sleep to the sound of the ocean waves as this property is just three buildings from the beach and just south of Mission Beach Park and Belmont Park. Property boasts an exclusive deck and patio for the use by our guests as well as an additional even larger shared deck. You will enjoy the proximity to the Boardwalk and beach - less than 100 steps. Ample parking for this unit as well with three options - 1 garage space, 1 open air space adjacent to the building and numerous stalls in the public parking just one building away with overnight privileges. Master bedroom is upstairs, and the other bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper are downstairs. Unit is light, bright and airy!

You will experience additional savings by not renting beach gear and utilizing the on-site surf boards, boogie boards, beach cruisers and bikes, scooters, skateboards, beach chairs and umbrella as well as numerous other beach amenities. We even provide freshly laundered beach towels for both adults and children! Kitchen is complete with everything you will need during your stay including Keurig coffee and tea maker (including a variety of pods provided for your stay), blender, toaster, all kitchen and cookware, and everything you need for a BBQ as well (grill is located in the private deck)!

No need to spend your vacation dollars on bottled water - the kitchen has a reverse osmosis water filtration unit to provide you with all the drinking water needed for your stay. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, trash compactor, oven and range are all new stainless steel appliances available for your use. Bathrooms are completely stocked with separate shampoo, condition and body soap as well as fresh linens. All bedrooms have fresh linens as well as a spare set in case of an accident. As a last resort, a washing machine and dryer are available in the unit if you feel up to doing laundry on your vacation.

Bedrooms and all living spaces are appointed with contemporary furnishings. Master Bedroom is a King size with memory foam. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle, twin over full with a twin trundle. Couch has a memory foam queen size pull out bed. Relax in the living room and watch something after the sunset on the 55" 4K LG Smart TV with ATT Uverse. If the day and the kids have worn you down, settle into the Master Bedroom and watch something on the other 55" 4K Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a 55" 4K Smart TV. You could even decide to put all the technology away and sit at the kitchen table that seats six and play one of the many provided family games. The counter into the kitchen also has three additional bar stools for seating. If that's not enough for everyone in the group, the coffee table top pulls towards the couch and allows for additional seating.

This home has the benefit of extreme proximity to the beach - but it also is walking distance to the bay, Mission Bay and Belmont Park, as well as numerous restaurants and local shops. Take a walk or ride on the boardwalk right up to Pacific Beach.

Property is located within 10 minutes to: Seaworld, San Diego International Airport, Historic Old Town, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Historic Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park and Museums, USS Midway Museum, and La Jolla and Torrey Pines Reserve.
