- current registration
- title in hand
- just inflated the tires and they hold air
- break light and turn signals work
- overall 'good' vintage condition
- interior mostly original
- exterior mostly clean, no major dings but couple things that will need attention
- we bought this trailer in 2014 and used it for guests
- it has not been moved since
- selling 'as is'
- we were going back and forth on remodeling/fixing it up but decided it is time to find somebody who would utilize it more than we do
- we have not really used any of the appliances, but everything was working when we got it. Again, needs to be checked out to see if anything needs to be repaired
