Indiana Phones is looking for a reliable, experienced, and customer-focused Part-Time Technician to join our growing repair shop. We are a fast-paced, locally owned business that values quality repairs, honesty, and excellent customer service.
π§ Job Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and repair iPhones, Android devices, iPads, and MacBooks
-Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, back glass repair, camera/camera lens repair, proximity sensor/front camera repair, diagnostics, etc.
-Maintain a clean, organized workstation and manage tools and parts responsibly
-Communicate clearly with customers about repair issues, timelines, and expectations
-Handle complex or frustrated customers professionally and calmly
-Work efficiently while maintaining high repair standards
β What Weβre Looking For:
-5+ years of hands-on experience repairing phones, iPads, and MacBooks (required)
-Strong time-management skills; able to handle multiple repairs without rushing
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service driven
-Comfortable handling difficult or high-expectation customers
-Clear, professional communication skills
-Honest, dependable, and team-oriented

Part-time position (3β4 days per week)
