Maintenance Technician - Roving (San Diego)

F&F Properties is a fast-growing property management company with a strong team culture and we’re looking for a full-time roving Maintenance Technician. This is a hands-on role for someone dependable, hardworking, and committed to building a long-term career with us. You’ll support multiple apartment communities across San Diego, tackling repairs, turnovers, and preventative maintenance while delivering excellent service to our residents. Every day is different, and your skills will help keep our properties running smoothly and our residents happy. Company vehicle is provided!
• Tackle general repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Conduct inspections to spot issues early and keep properties in top shape.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests—because great service matters.
• Support apartment turnovers with painting, repairs, and prep for new residents.
• Keep accurate records of work completed.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency needs.
• Always prioritize safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• $25–$26.50/hour (DOE & trades)

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, HVAC, etc..)
• Prior experience doing maintenance in multi family housing
• Clean and active CA Driver’s License
• You have your own tools (which we can supplement)
• Comfortable driving across San Diego County daily to support multiple communities (work vehicle provided!).
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and team mindset
• Desire to stay and grow with a company long term
• Initiative, skill, and heart.
