We are a growing general construction company looking for an experienced framer who already has access to framing crews / pieceworkers and wants a steady pipeline of work without the administrative burden.
This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to run framing jobs, manage crews, and produce quality work — while we handle contracts, payroll, workers’ comp, and billing.
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced framer with existing crews or access to pieceworkers
* Background in residential & commercial new construction
* Ability to run jobs, read plans, and manage production
* Strong leadership and organization skills
* Quality- and schedule-driven mindset
Your Role
* Run framing operations on assigned projects
* Manage and direct framing crews
* Coordinate production and schedules
* Ensure quality and code compliance
* Communicate progress with our project management team
