Cannonball Pool & Spa is hiring an experienced pool service technician to manage established, high-end residential accounts across San Diego County. Our client base is concentrated in Rancho Santa Fe, Chula Vista, and Escondido, with efficient routes designed to minimize drive time.
What We Offer
Pay: $30–$45 per pool (steady weekly pay)
Established routes: 20–30 pools, clustered for efficiency
All chemicals provided – no out-of-pocket costs
4–5 hour workdays, Monday–Friday
Immediate start — be on your own route within 2 weeks
What We Require
Previous pool service experience (can work independently)
Reliable transportation and insurance
Knowledge of water chemistry, equipment, and client communication
