We are hiring a dependable, hands-on technician whose primary strength is concrete flatwork for small-to-medium projects. Typical scope includes sidewalks, driveways, and concrete walkways/pathways, plus occasional small formed steps (generally up to 5–6 steps). This role also supports standard property maintenance and minor repairs in other trades.
Primary Responsibilities – Concrete
• Form, pour, finish, edge, and broom finish concrete flatwork
• Set forms to proper grade/slope for drainage
• Demo and removal of existing concrete as needed
• Place rebar/dowels and perform basic layout/measurements
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and protect surrounding areas
Secondary Responsibilities – Maintenance / Repairs
• Basic carpentry repairs (patch/repair, trim, minor framing, small replacements)
• Light electrical maintenance only: replace light fixtures, receptacles, and switches
• General troubleshooting and minor repairs as assigned
Requirements
• Proven experience in concrete forming and finishing (flatwork)
• Comfortable with general maintenance and small repairs
• Must have basic hand tools for concrete and general trades
• Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel between job sites
• Mileage reimbursement provided for approved job-related travel
• Reliable attendance, professional communication, and customer/resident-friendly attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
Preferred (Not Required)
• Concrete saw experience
• Skid steer familiarity
• Prior HOA/apartment maintenance experience
