Responsibilities would include:
- Estimating for roofing and other construction projects.
- Budgeting for materials and labor.
- Draw up contracts and proposals.
- Ordering material from vendors.
- Communicating with customers, vendors and subcontractors.
- Communicating with installers. Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Drive dump trailer to work sites and to landfill.
- Pick up and deliver material to job sites.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in the roofing industry *(required).
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more *(preferred).
- Ability to climb ladders and be comfortable on roofs and or construction sites *(required).
- Computer literate in Microsoft programs such as Word, Office, Outlook etc. *(required).
- Experience in large scale and or government contracts *(preferred).
- Familiar with residential and commercial roofing products *(required).
- Familiar with residential and commercial roofing installation methods *(required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) *(preferred).
- Hands on experience in roofing *(preferred).
- Valid driver’s license *(required).
- Communication skills both verbal and written *(required).
- Familiar with solar *(preferred).
