We are seeking a Tier I Help Desk Analyst for an exciting 6 months + contract opportunity.
Supporting over 150 Users within the company.

MUST HAVE:
Active Directory (Set up, adding, deleting users)
Tier I support
Excellent customer service skills
Great communication skills
Provide technical support to end users as needed
Creating/ensuring various software and or application systems are properly maintained in accordance with all regulations and association policies/procedures.
