This is for anyone looking for 1 month (over 32 days required), 2, 3,4, 5 or 6 months. Longer stays are negotiable depending on the situation. The studio is best for someone with a suitcase and not a house full of supplies. It is set up already with most of your needs. There is a small closet, drawers under the bed and a small dresser under the TV.
The coffee table lifts up for a remote worker to work on their computer. Behind the couch is a slim table with 2 barstool to eat and be able to see the TV.
The kitchenette has a microwave, Airfryer/Toaster oven, portable 2 burner stove, decent size fridge/freezer, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.
The kitchen sink serves as a bathroom sink since there was no room for one in the shower area.
Behind the studio out the back door is a nice brand new 8' x 10' shed housing a washer/dryer and big laundry sink servicing both the front house and the studio.
A new HVAC system with A/C and Heat.
The studio has a private patio enclosed for the tenants use only. Coming soon is a fire-pit table and patio umbrella.
The bed is a very comfortable queen size bed. The couch does not pull out.
The area is on a point which is located between 2 sides of Mission Bay. To the east it's a 3 block walk and the west it's a 4 block walk. From the west side the boardwalk takes you to the ocean in minutes. Biking is a quick ride to the beach and walking is a nice jaunt and good exercise.
There's a market a block away to the south towards Sea World (which is a 5 minute drive away) and across the street from there is Crown Point Coffee and their sandwich shop. To the north 1 block away is Bayside Landing restaurant and the famous Rocky's bar for their delicious burgers. Across the street is Crest Liquor as well. It's very walkable to get your needs met in a pinch.
Hoping to find a responsible, respectful, and clean person to take good care of the newly renovated studio. No smoking in the studio or on the property. No pets due to severe allergies.
The tenant in the front house is just 1 person who works remotely and has use of the back yard which is not for the studio tenants use.
