Available Sept 1, furnished - month to month or longer term. $2500 plus utilities ($100-150 a month or so). This is the studio in the backyard of the main house. You would have your own private entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and back gate. Roommates in the main house are 4 total - one couple and two guys. All of us are early 30s, mixture of WFH and in person. Very social, active, typical San Diego folks.

Big enclosed backyard, garage, washer dryer, corner lot, very ample street parking. Walking distance to Sprouts, the beach, bars, food, etc. The room would be fine for a couple or a single. Prefer no pets, but not a deal breaker. There is one 12 year old 60lb dog at the house - he stays in the backyard basically all day. Super chill but does not love other dogs sometimes.
