$1000/mo. 🤩🏠👍 includes all utilities (no internet). Can be furnished or not. Also can have access to a private bathroom if desired.
Currently there are two shared bathrooms.
There's a shared common area kitchen and a shower shared with only one other person who is very clean and in the upstairs watch keepers room. Looking for a great fit if somebody that needs affordable space in the city and clean. Super fun and safe place to stay, and PERFECT for anyone into fitness, martial arts, movement, yoga etc who may want to also take classes. Aikido & Systema are included!
Pets are additional $150/mo but on a VERY selective basis. We can't have a dog or cat just running around the dojo all day when people are at work etc. First and last month of fees upfront, no security deposit or credit check. If you are wanting a super unique situation, we'd love to talk to you!
