Then I have the place for you! I am renting out my 2nd bedroom and bathroom in my (new to me) 2/2 condo in central San Diego close to SDSU, the 8, the 15 and the 805 freeways. I am located close to multiple hospitals as well. I am a 40 year old single woman who works full time, loves to travel, hit the gym, pickleball, hike and relax at home. I would prefer someone who studies or works outside of the home but am open to a pet on a case-by-case basis (must be under 30 pounds).
Your bedroom and bathroom are freshly painted, there is a huge closet along with almost entirely new furniture, new sheets and towels and pillows, laundry is on site and very inexpensive and you will have access to all shared areas including the well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, a cute balcony with new furniture, the dining and living room with almost entirely new furniture and fresh paint as well. You will have your own parking spot with a fob for the gated entrance and the pool and hot tub are close by without being a noise problem.

Please note that you will need to pass a credit check, complete an application, sign a lease and provide a deposit of $1,000 with an additional $250 for a pet deposit, plus the first month's rent up front. I will use KeyCheck for screening and payments of rent, deposit and return of deposit upon proper checkout. This condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
