Our renovated unit has a remodeled kitchenette and new bathroom. The bathroom also has a washing machine for you to use. The kitchen has a fridge, two-burner electric stovetop, and a 28L Air Fryer Convection Microwave.
The space
This newly renovated apartment is set inside a classic Pacific Beach coastal home. Located on the second floor, your fully self-contained apartment is for your use only, sharing a common stairwell with only two other apartments from street level. Once inside your own apartment you will feel fully relaxed and comfortable after a day at the beach or exploring San Diego.
In addition to a well thought out use of space and stylish décor, this cozy home offers little features throughout which we hope our guests will enjoy as much as we do :)

Guests have unlimited access to the entire apartment.
You will have full access to apartment number 207, which is a fully self-contained studio apartment.
Access is via self check-in with a lockbox that provides you with your keys.
There is an intercom from street level which buzzes the apartment to notify only. For example, if you order UberEats, you will need to collect the order at street level.
Apartment number 207 is on the second level of a coastal home. This is walk-up access and there’s also elevator.
You will be asked to provide photo identification for both guests if you are checking in on the same day as the booking.
I clean the apartment myself after every guest vacates. I do a full clean of the apartment and pride myself on handing over a beautifully clean space for you to enjoy during your stay.
