True Motion is seeking a tech-savvy, high-energy, sales-focused individual to join our team as soon as possible. We are a health and fitness company that also offers chiropractic sports therapy, massage, acupuncture and nutrition in addition to personal training and fitness classes. We are looking for a long-term hire to start with us part-time and grow into a full-time position. Although not a requirement for this position, there are operations management opportunities for the absolute perfect candidate!

We are NOT a big-box "gym". We are in our 2nd year, and growing fast. We need someone who can be in the facility most days of the week, get to know the clients by taking classes and working with our trainers, be held accountable to their sales performance, and take ownership in what they do. We need a team player who brings their A-game and exudes professionalism.
This is an hourly AND commission-based position.
• Minimum 1-year sales experience in a fitness facility - membership and nutrition sales
• Must be proficient working with various different apps and software, and be adaptable to learning new programs
• Great organizational skills for tracking sales metrics
• Knowledge of fitness programming, exercise, and nutrition
• Must be available to work weekday evenings and weekends
• Membership sales - Consulting with prospective clients on membership options and closing sales with a high success rate
• Supplement sales - Consulting with current clients on supplements to go along with our nutrition program
• Data tracking - Uploading prospective and current client information in regards to sales and other important metrics
Interviews will be held over the next two weeks. Prior to the interview, you will be given information on three products and services and be prepared to sell them to our sales manager. We want to get to know how you work, the kind of energy you bring, and see how you prepare with new products.
