Previously owned and used with Spectrum, but should be compatible with any coaxial cable internet service provider such as Cox or AT&T. Why pay your internet service provider a monthly fee to rent your internet equipment when you can easily and cheaply purchase and install your own? Why take the 'free' offer for a modem from your internet service provider when what they provide is sub-par equipment that intentionally limits your upload and download speeds upon their own networks? Personally, I noticed that my upload speeds and pings were nearly 3 times faster when using this third party modem instead of the ISP supplied one.
This particular modem is ideal for those who have purchased the high speed plans that advertise up to 1000 Mbps. Just be sure to contact your ISP and have them register and activate the usage of this modem with your account after setting it up in your house.
Purchase includes the modem and its power adapter.
