Participation in the program is at no cost to applicants. Certifications must be completed in full before entering the hiring process.
About Us: The NCDA San Diego County serves as a hub for the franchise dealer network in San Diego. We provide staffing opportunities for participating dealers with qualified active candidates from our CSTA (California Sales Training Academy) job placement program.
Skills / Requirements:
- Must have valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to attend classes in person in Mira Mesa for four consecutive days.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
Sales Execution: Guide customers through the sales process, providing expert advice and assistance to ensure a smooth transaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional service.
