We are seeking one dedicated candidate to join our growing team:
Service Advisor: The ideal candidate will provide top-tier customer service, clearly communicate with customers about their vehicle maintenance needs, and educate them on services and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and assess their service needs.
* Clearly communicate available services, pricing, and maintenance requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
* Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
* Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
* Assist in fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
* Will train the right candidate if willing to learn about the auto repair industry and you have sales/customer service experience.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor, minimum 5 years experience. Will be verified.
* ASE Certifications in Service Consultant a plus, but not necessary
* Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
* Alignment with a family-oriented company culture.
* Spanish Speaker a plus, but not a requirement
* Schedule: Full time position, 40 hrs. Overtime is paid. Required to work on Saturdays. You will get Sundays off and 1 day off during the week between Tuesday and Friday. Starting time: 7:30am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday hrs and 7:30am-4pm Sat hrs.
