Ventura Stone Inc. is expanding in San Diego County, and we’re seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Rep to promote premium engineered stone materials (quartz and ultra-compact surfaces) to the construction and design industry.
This is a role for someone who wants no ceiling on their income and who understands that strong activity leads to strong results.

Your Responsibilities:
Build and manage a regular route calling on:
Fabricators, Kitchen & bath showrooms, Designers
Builders, Contractors
Represent and educate clients on engineered quartz and ultra-compact surfaces
Follow up on leads, quotes, and bids
Build long-term business relationships
Manage your schedule and activity independently
This position is perfect for someone who wakes up ready to close deals, build a pipeline, and grow their book of business.
Requirements
Must have your own vehicle and cellphone
Previous sales experience (building materials a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Driven, disciplined, and self-managed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
