I can write an estimate for you either in Xactimate or Symbility.
I can do an estimate for Contents (Packouts), mitigation (EMS) or repairs (Reconstruction).
Residential or Commercial
Smoke and Fire damage remediation, cleanup. Mold remediation.
Category 1, 2 or 3 water damage remediation.
All estimates are submitted complete with sketch, and photos. A typed moisture log is done for mitigation jobs.
Pricing is very affordable. Repeat business gets a discount.
Contents $150-$300/each
Mitigation $200-$350/each.
Repairs $250-$500/each depending on the scope amount.
Above $50k bid, the estimate fee is 1% of the estimate.
Revisions due to corrections are no cost.
Supplements are available for a small fee.
You can send me all the job info and I can work on the estimate remotely.
If you need me to visit the jobsite in person in San Diego County I can do that for a small fee.
