RECENT PROJECTS
Beautiful second story 700 sq ft ipe deck with cable railing and large stairway in Rancho Santa Fe. This deck was built with a drainage system which created a fully waterproofed living space underneath complete with a finished tongue and groove ceiling and electrical. Pictured above.
Luxury treehouse in Encinitas...complete with redwood deck and railing, electricity, custom made awning windows, custom door and finished interior. It's pictured above.
Full redwood restoration of San Diego historical landmark El Pueblo Ribera designed by famous architect Rudolf Schindler in 1923 located one block from Windansea beach in La Jolla. I ran this job with full P & L responsibility and did everything from building custom awning windows to intricate tongue and groove interior wood work and cabinetry much of using old growth repurposed redwood (pictured above).

Sean helped my wife and me bring our backyard vision to life. He built a small deck, bench and fire pit area in our yard. He was flexible, creative and able to work within our budget. Sean is a hard working man, I hired him to come over and do some crown molding 6 inch. Let me tell you this task is far from easy. He is professional trustworthy dedicated and spent countless hours until the job was just perfect.
