I personally am a 5th generation San Diego native and construction professional with over 25 years of experience making San Diego a more beautiful place. A majority of my skills and knowledge are in the residential remodeling and addition space. I have many years of experience in Flood, Fire, and Mold restoration as well as in multi dwelling unit apartment maintenance.
I'm skilled, equipped, and knowledgeable in rough framing, rough and finish plumbing, rough and finish electrical, drywall (hanging, taping, and texture), painting and prep, finish carpentry (interior and exterior doors, windows, cabinets, baseboard, casing, crown moulding, custom projects), flooring and required prep, roofing, stucco and siding, sheds, fencing, livestock enclosures, garden boxes, and irrigation. I operate with a truck and lumber rack and can haul larger items as well.
