Hello my name is Brandon. I'm 32, a plumber, laid back, clean and respectful, and looking for someone to split a 2 bedroom with me in point loma. Specifically looking at the loma palisades. They have several two bedrooms open right now and they're about 2700-2900 total, so we'd be splitting that plus utilities. I'm looking to move in by April 1st. I also have a well behaved cat who stays indoors. I'm cool with other pets as long as they get along okay with her.
