Looking for place to park my boat / detail (San Diego)

Hi. So I’ve decided to sell my boat (I think). I’ve had this boat for a year. And it’s so hard to plan the time to launch it and enjoy it. For instance we decided to use the boat this weekend and then we realized that there are no docks available this weekend because it’s a holiday weekend. So I think we want to sell it. I’ll just rent a boat to use when we want to go out on it. But in the meantime I am looking for a spot to park it in that I can have it detailed and sell it. I’ll also use the boat until it’s sold and you’re welcome to join us for boat days. It’s a 28’ boat on a trailer. Will probably need 33 feet or so for trailer and outdrive. Any ideas? Thanks
