As my Posting says,I'm a 74 yr Male Senior Tired of These Hi Rents in SAN DIEGO. I"m a Native SD and lost my Condo of 28 yr owning a Condo in Mission Valley due to the HOA was raised to a Terrable amount of $325,00 a Month.When I first Purchased It was $150..I know I'm asking for the Moon But Someone Please HELP me.I'm on SSI so No rents will Ever be Missed.I NEVER smoke,Not much of a Drinker.NO Pets.I'm looking for a Small APT so I can get my Belonging out of Storage,,(No I will not sell my Furniture)..I need to get away from this Independent House it's a total Hell hole.I can wait until I find something that I can live in for Many years..A room will NOT solve my Problem.Storage $$$ is killing my finances. End of this Month or The end April. I will wait,I have my own car and would like Off street parking,(classic mustang).Max for a Small APT that is Quiet and Safe.is $850 ..I know ,,I know but that's all I can afford..NO SCAMMERS AND NO LONG DISTANCE BUSINESS.HELP!,,,,THANK YOU FOR READING.
