Hello. I'm trying to help an international student who was scammed from crook landlord etc ex tenant as she paid $500 deposit plus $500 rent for a room that ended to be rented from someone else.
So as of right she is going to pay for his rent daily $15/$20 per day to make sure the room is not rented by someone else already 😂 😂 😂
P.S I'm Contractor so if you have ( Dirty etc Rehab room that need some clean up new paint or new flooring No Worries . I will by materials and do the labor at No Charge For You ( in 💱 exchange for month or two rent)
Ideally if you room is empty so she can buy all new furniture.
