The house is fully furnished, with modern appliances, two fireplaces, a washer and dryer in-unit, and plenty of shared living space including a large living room and dining area. The backyard overlooks the canyon with peaceful views, and the garage provides tons of storage space. Please note, there is also a friendly cat in the home.
The Room:
- Private bedroom on the 2nd floor
- Comes furnished with a mounted 65-inch TV and a full-size bed
- Measures approximately 12 ft x 10 ft with a closet
- Adjacent to and sharing a full bathroom
- Rent: $1,100/month
- Security deposit: $500
- Utilities: Internet, SDG&E, and water (split among roommates)
- Lease: At least a 6-month commitment, then month-to-month (since you will be signing onto the lease)
About Us:
- Alejandro, Michael, and Anthony live here. All are working professionals; Anthony works from home. My name is Lucas, and I am moving out. You will be contacting me and I will help coordinate the visits.
- We are in the process of resigning the lease, and you will be signing on as well. Anthony will continue living here but will not be on the lease.
- We keep the house clean, respectful, and professional, while maintaining a relaxed, easygoing home environment. This is a 420 friendly space.
