I am looking for a housemate for a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house in University City (about 2 miles south of UTC Mall). One bedroom will not be rented out, so we will be the only 2 tenants and will each have our own bathroom.
- Bedroom is unfurnished
- Full use of shared areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, back yard)
- Laundry on-site
- Driveway parking
- No smoking, drugs, or pets
- Month-to-month lease, but looking for someone who wants to stay long term
- Security deposit $1,500
- Credit check $35
- Utilities vary each month; average is around $160/month per person

- I work full time (M-F) in office, and may work from home on occasion
- I enjoy cooking and watching tv, and occasionally have friends over for dinners or movies
