No dogs or cats. Smoking outside only. We are a gay household but straight friendly and celebrate diversity. The patio has a large comfortable couch, outdoor TV, hammock, hot tub, dining area, bbq. Sometimes we have DJs or live bands that play here. We host holiday dinners and bbq’s. This is a duplex and you will have access to both kitchens, both bathrooms, both living rooms. You are welcome to have guests or throw a party.
