Living Q is nestled in Sherman Heights, a family-oriented area just blocks from a local elementary school. You'll find a convenience store within walking distance. For those seeking the energy of downtown, bars and restaurants are easily accessible by walking 10 minutes, and you're only a 15-minute drive from San Diego's top beach spots like Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, and Coronado Beach.
Our Community
Living Q consists of 3 buildings with 26 individual studios. Some studios come with private bathrooms, while others, like the ones available, share a bathroom. Residents have access to:

Outdoor spaces with a BBQ area, and sundeck.
Yoga room/workout studio
Hot tub
Our community is diverse, with residents from various professional backgrounds students, tech professionals, designers, culinary artists, and musicians ranging in age from their 20s to 30s. We welcome pets and look for respectful, responsible individuals who will contribute to our close-knit, family-like environment.
Social Life at Living Q
Our social manager, Josh, organizes regular community events like hot wing challenges, BBQs, beach days, hikes, and spikeball tournaments. There's always something happening, and we encourage everyone to get involved and help strengthen our community spirit.
Pets
We love and accept any fur friends that want to tag along your new chapter at Living Q, but we do charge an additonal $75 a month for pet rent. Unless you have a certified ESA certificate, then we can waiver the fees.
