Queen size bed, large dresser, side table, large closet, on the first floor.
You share a bathroom with one other woman.
We are a house of 3 women looking for someone to fill our tribe.
The owners (husband and wife) also live here part time and travel at least 8 months of the year.

A non refundable deposit of $1250 is required to reserve this room, and due upon moving in, is the rent of $1250 plus damage deposit of $350. Your last month will be already paid for with your $1250 deposit. One year lease.
Monthly rent fee includes EVERYTHING! Utilities, water, WiFi, gardener, laundry machines, house cleaner twice a month, all kitchen appliances and utensils.
Large kitchen, family room with TV, living room with fireplace, and wide open deck and sky bar for hanging out.
Easy and safe street parking.
No pets except the owners kid's Frenchie who occasionally comes to visit.
No smoking.
No parties.
