About Us:
One of us works full time 8-5 (in office) at an org that assists refugees and is currently working towards HR certification. Also lived in Germany for four years, is gluten free, loves to cook/bake, relax with t.v., and is extroverted.
The other works full time 9-5 ish (hybrid office-remote) in conflict resolution. Also is an artist making abstract/ spiritual work, loves spending time at local trails and parks, bike rides, and hula hooping. Also has a regular dharma practice, is an ambivert leaning introverted.
We’re both total empaths and hope to find another roommate who is warm and comfortable being open. The vibe here is respectful co-existence and harmony- we all clean up after ourselves, communicate frequently, and take turns with chores without asking! Occasionally, we will have guests over or host a dinner night or gathering in the backyard, but we keep it pretty mellow. We are roommates but also friends, love to chat and do things together from time to time.
Who we are looking for:
If you like: art, reading/ t.v., cooking, meditation, nature, and bonding over family trauma, you will fit right in, but if your interests are different, that's okay too!! It's great to have roommates who are friendly and like to check in and get to know one another. A must: you also prioritize a clean, well-kept, space, but understand life gets busy sometimes. Stability is key, we are really looking for someone who, like us, is trying to put down some roots and stay a while :) at a minimum, it is a year long lease but we plan to be here longer.
