About me:
I’m a single man in my 40s, an artist and musician, and I work evening shifts in the recreational cannabis industry. I’m respectful about when and how I practice, and in my daily activities. I like to keep the home relaxed, clean, and comfortable.
Looking for:
Open to different types of people, but ideally a male roommate (mid-20s to mid-40s) who works a regular Monday through Friday, weekday/daytime schedul (not from home) — that way our routines don’t overlap too much.
Someone responsible, easygoing, and communicative. Keeping shared spaces comfortable matters more than being perfectly spotless.
Must apply through property management and meet income and credit requirements.
Lifestyle & house rules:
420-friendly household — cannabis use is fine and welcome.
No cigarette smokers, thank you.
No smoking of any kind inside the unit (building policy).
Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with management approval.
