Starting October 1st the master bedroom in my apartment will be available! The space is 1100 square feet, washer and dryer in unit, has a private bathroom, and comes with a parking spot. Rent would be 550/month plus split utilities (typically comes out to less than 80 each).
The apartment is really close to SDSU (a maybe ten minute drive), the trolley line (a five minute walk), and easy access to freeways.
A little bit about myself: early thirties, restaurant bartender, gamer. I always make sure to keep communal spaces clean, and noise levels appropriate. I spend most of my time working, or going on little adventures on my days off.
Unfortunately, no pets please as per request of the landlord! Also I’m allergic to dogs lol.
