Gay woman looking for mature, LGBT or LGBT friendly roommate to share my nice, cozy 2-bedroom 1-bath condo.
5 minutes to Hillcrest, University Heights, and Adams Avenue/Normal Heights. 1½ miles from Balboa Park, and ½ mile from the center of North Park.
Small, very quiet 8 unit, gated complex with communal patio and BBQ. Large kitchen and living area with big screen TV, and high speed internet.
Dishwasher and laundry in unit.
Partially furnished bedroom has queen size bed. The bedroom is pretty big. (11x12)
Close to all, near bus lines and 805 and 15 freeways.
I have two indoor only cats, so no other pets, please.
Please be respectful of our (yours and my) space. Also, this is not a party house. Thanks!
$1195 per month.
*First month's rent and $1195 deposit. Due at move in.*
We split the cost of utilities,
½ each. (Internet and SDGE). It runs about $70-$80 each per month.
If you have a tv, I've got Sling, Amazon Prime, and Starz that you can split with me if you want to use them.
*We'll also split the cost of household supplies from Costco. TP, paper towels, and such.*
Oh, and we'll also rotate the weekly cleaning chores between us.
NO smoking or vaping on the property. No exceptions. NO drugs. Social drinking is ok.
