Seeking a roommate to share a 2 bedroom house Pt Loma Heights - super cool, modern, updated, fully furnished house, with garage parking.
Me: Mid 40s, work in banking, travel a lot, would love to have someone who also has a good job in the house.
I like to cook, and go to concerts, but I'm mostly a complete nerd of the markets and work a ton - I dont care about sports :)
The house is fully furnished, so you dont need anything - could be a great 2nd home location for someone who has a car, etc. HVAC so heat and air conditioning, washer dryer in the house, super good LAN and wifi.
There is garage parking, storage, private yard, and the bedroom is very nice with a private bathroom.
