Rooms for Rent in a quiet cul-de-sac near Target and Vons. There are 2 rooms available in this 4 bed and 3 bath house. Water Softener runs throughout the whole house and a Reverse osmosis filtration in the kitchen. Utilities will be included such as Wi Fi, electricity, water, and garbage. There are also plenty of street parking as well.
The two available rooms will be $1000 per month. There will be plus $200 for a couple. There is a shared full bath upstairs and downstairs so sharing wouldn't be a problem.
There will be no smoking, vaping, partying, pets, or guests that will be staying overnight.

Credit, Employment, and Background Verification will be required. A deposit of one month's rent is also required. Length of stay can be negotiable on a monthly basis.
