Up for room share is my exclusive Mission Valley 3bd/3ba townhome in a community called Escala! The bedroom is downstairs and dimensions are 10x10 and you will have your own bathroom. This is a private, quiet condo within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the trolly station in Mission Valley.
You're only 10 minutes to the airport with convenient access to freeways, SDSU, USD, downtown and the beautiful beaches of San Diego. There is street parking, washer/dryer and patio in the unit.
Pool, hot tub, tennis courts, workout room including weights, treadmills, etc.
Roommate is a professional who works from home mostly. I'm really looking for a someone who is responsible, considerate, clean/neat (willing to take shoes off in the condo), doesn't do drugs, smokes, or brings the party home, and most importantly can pay bills on time.
The place is fully furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom.
