The upstairs bedroom in the 3bd/2ba townhouse is available. You have a great balcony facing east for the morning sun, and there's a ton of natural light that comes through throughout the day. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates - all bathrooms are technically shared but the top is just closer.
The lease is month-to-month and rent is $1533 (utilities usually come out to around $120/mo total), as well as a shared garage, unit-specific washer and dryer, dishwasher, indoor fireplace, and a shared designated parking spot (also ample street parking).
Your two roommates would be myself and Fernando. Fernando is in his early thirties, a server+bartender, loves film, and having fun out on the town
I love cooking, learning how to garden, and am freelancing for a few different things. I also have two chill cats who love lounging around and following/watching you as you go about your day, they love people 🙂
(Unfortunately the landlord will not allow any additional pets)
No preferences on male/female/age/job, as long as you're cool, friendly, and a good communicator we will get along just fine!
